Adopting a professional hot-melt construction method, the product is heated to a fluid molten form before on-site paving on asphalt and concrete pavements. Once constructed, it quickly cools down and solidifies to form a tough, integrated marking layer that tightly adheres to the road surface.
Boasting outstanding pavement affinity, this hot melt marking material outperforms regular traffic paints in bonding strength. It resists cracking, peeling and abrasion from daily vehicle rolling, delivering stable performance in complex outdoor road environments.
Versatile in application, it covers all mainstream traffic marking scenarios, including lane separation lines, pedestrian crosswalks, traffic direction signs and roadside boundary markings. It is specially optimized for high-wear key road sections like urban intersections, main traffic arteries and high-flow roads, perfectly adapting to long-term high-intensity traffic operation.
The compounded glass beads are the highlight of its functional design. Main Uses Of Hot Melt Road Marking Paint
Hot melt marking paint is designed to be applied in a heated state, allowing the material to flow onto the pavement and form a thick, cohesive layer as it cools. Unlike conventional coatings that remain on the surface, it becomes part of the road texture, creating a marking that can withstand continuous vehicle pressure and surface friction. This makes it particularly suitable for asphalt and concrete roads where markings are exposed to frequent traffic and environmental changes.
The effectiveness of hot melt marking paint comes from how it performs after application rather than just its composition. Once solidified, the material maintains its shape under repeated loading and resists gradual wear caused by tires and weather. Visibility is achieved through a combination of surface exposure and internal distribution of reflective elements, allowing light to be returned toward drivers during night-time conditions. At the same time, the material retains enough structural strength to avoid cracking, peeling, or excessive deformation, even in high-traffic areas such as highways and main urban roads.
