Hot melt marking paint integrated with high-performance glass beads relies on thermal melting construction technology. The raw materials are heated until fully melted into a flowing liquid state, then evenly spread and paved on road surfaces. After natural cooling and rapid solidification, a dense, high-adhesion road marking film is formed on the pavement.
Different from ordinary road coating products, this hot melt marking material features superior adhesive performance with the road base. It can closely attach to pavement surfaces and is not easy to peel or fall off under long-term outdoor exposure.
Widely applicable to various road scene layouts, the product is commonly used for constructing lane dividers, zebra crossings, traffic guidance arrows, boundary lines and other standard traffic markings. It delivers stable service even in high-frequency wear areas such as urban intersections, trunk roads and heavy traffic sections, meeting the high-load use demands of busy road sections.
Embedded glass beads serve as a core functional component of the product. With the physical retro-reflection principle, these micro glass beads can refract and reflect vehicle light back to drivers' sight range at night or in dim environments, greatly enhancing the recognition of road markings. Meanwhile, the high-strength hot melt resin base endows the marking with excellent compression resistance and wear resistance, balancing long service life and all-weather visual recognition, and realizing reliable and cost-effective road marking solutions.

Main Uses Of Hot Melt Marking Paint
Hot melt marking paint is designed to be applied in a heated state, allowing the material to flow onto the pavement and form a thick, cohesive layer as it cools. Unlike conventional coatings that remain on the surface, it becomes part of the road texture, creating a marking that can withstand continuous vehicle pressure and surface friction. This makes it particularly suitable for asphalt and concrete roads where markings are exposed to frequent traffic and environmental changes.
The effectiveness of hot melt marking paint comes from how it performs after application rather than just its composition. Once solidified, the material maintains its shape under repeated loading and resists gradual wear caused by tires and weather. Visibility is achieved through a combination of surface exposure and internal distribution of reflective elements, allowing light to be returned toward drivers during night-time conditions. At the same time, the material retains enough structural strength to avoid cracking, peeling, or excessive deformation, even in high-traffic areas such as highways and main urban roads.
