Notably, the entire process - from customer order confirmation to production completion and arrival at Shanghai Port - took only five working days, fully demonstrating the rapid response capability of Matestar's in-house factory.
This shipment of white and yellow thermoplastic coatings, supplied with premixed high-refractive-index glass beads, will be applied to urban arterial roads and highway marking projects in southern Vietnam. Thanks to Matestar's stringent factory quality control system, every batch undergoes critical testing before dispatch, including raw material screening, softening point, flowability, and retroreflectivity checks, ensuring excellent whiteness retention, strong adhesion, and outstanding night-time reflectivity even under Vietnam's hot and humid climate.
